No, you don't have to pay shipping costs for a digital package or a donation. Unfortunately shipping costs are automatically added for each transaction, so if you live in a country other than the Netherlands and you want to purchase the digital package or make a donation, make sure that you don't enter your adress, and that "the Netherlands" is selected.

This would of course be a bit of a setback, but even if we don't achieve our goal, we're gonna make this album! That also means that we can guarantee that if you supported us through this crowdfunding, we'll deliver your reward(s), though it might take a bit longer before we can do so. If this is the case, we'll communicate this to you as soon as possible.

We've thought of some cool things we can do if we reach these stretch goals. At €10.000,- we'll make a lyric video for one of the new songs, and at €12.500,-, we'll make another music video! If we earn even more than that, we also have some special things in mind, but for now we'll keep this a secret.

Unfortunately, shipping to other countries is very expensive. Shipping costs in Europe can be up to €10,- and outside of the EU even higher. Because we don't want you to pay more for shipping than the actual reward, we've reduced these prices a bit, but for us to be able to still earn enough through these purchases to achieve our goals, we unfortunately have to charge some of the shipping costs.

This is something we've tried to adjust, but unfortunately, there is no way to make the confirmation e-mail include the ordered reward. If you have questions about this, you can contact us through the contact form on the main page. We can check what you ordered for you.

Yes you can! As long as we haven't shipped the packages yet, it is possible to get a refund free of any extra charge. Please contact us through the contact form on the main page, and we'll get it done.
